Delivery and Returns – The Rug Man

• The Rug Man always ensures that the delivery of our products takes place within the assigned time. We try our best to prevent any kind of delay. We have a reputation for delivering our products always on time.
• During delivery, we take special care so that the product does not get damaged. We take care of the packaging to make sure that your products get delivered safely and securely to our customers.
• We accept both prepaid orders as well as cash on delivery systems. Customers can choose any option as per their convenience.
• We pack your product in opaque, discreet packaging. Also, we do not mention anything about the product on our packaging. This helps you to maintain much-needed privacy.
• For local deliveries, generally, three days are required. For pan India delivery, it takes seven days to be delivered.
• Delay in delivery may occur due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact number, discrepancies in billing address, poor weather conditions, security reasons, etc.
• We have a returns policy as well. Customers can return the product he has received in a physically damaged condition or different from the description on our page.
• Customers can return a particular product only within a limited number of days. No returns request will be entertained after that specific number of days have passed.
• We will process the return process only if it is determined that the product has not damaged your possession.
• You have to return the product in an intact form with the MRP tag, warranty card, bill, etc.
• If the product is marked as non-returnable on our website, then you cannot ask for a return.
• You need not provide us with any additional details unless it is specifically mentioned in that particular product description.
• After placing the replacement request, we provide you with the refund amount if we fail to provide you with the same product you have ordered.
• In case you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged condition, you may contact us within a specific number of days. Mail us your details and issues, or you can give us a call too
• Order valued above INR -3000/- is only valid for refund process.
